Privacy Policy

What we collect

Flipvo, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates Attract Screen and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

When you sign up we collect your email address and any brand details you choose to submit (operator name, phone, logo, vCard photo, screen labels). We never collect or store passenger or audience personally identifying information from attract-screen sessions.

How we use it

Your email is used only to deliver account confirmation and password-reset messages, billing receipts (if applicable), and service announcements you haven't opted out of. Brand details power your hosted attract screen. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics inform our roadmap.

Service providers

We run Attract Screen on a small set of established providers, and we share only the data each one needs to do its job:

• Amazon Web Services — hosts our servers and stores the logos and vCard photos you upload.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Resend — delivers your account confirmation, password-reset, and billing emails.
• Google Analytics — measures marketing-page traffic, only after you accept the cookie banner (see below).
• Sentry — collects technical error reports so we can fix bugs; we scrub personal details before they are sent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers listed here.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. When you delete your account, your sign-in email is released immediately and can be used to register a new, separate account; your existing data is hard-deleted within 30 days, and backup snapshots are purged within 90 days.

Cookies and analytics

On our marketing pages — the home page, pricing, and legal pages — we load Google Analytics 4 only after you accept the cookie banner. Decline and nothing is loaded. GA4 sets first-party _ga cookies and sends page URL, referrer, and a coarse, IP-anonymized location to Google. The attract screen itself, your dashboard, and the sign-in pages never load analytics. We honor Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) and Do Not Track (DNT: 1) — when either is on, the banner is suppressed and no analytics load.

Google acts as a separate analytics provider and processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site you visit by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
