How Attract Screen maps to platform policy.
Plain-English posture. Final terms still in counsel review — when this page conflicts with the terms, the terms win.
Attract Screenis built for private chauffeurs, livery operators, and direct-booked drivers. We don't market the product to ride-share drivers, and we don't recommend running the capture mechanisms during platform-arranged trips.
Check your platform's terms of service. Attract Screen makes no representation that use during Uber, Lyft, or other platform-arranged trips complies with their policies. Operators are solely responsible for confirming compliance with the relevant platform's policies before using the capture mechanisms during a platform-arranged trip.
The three Display Modes below give you the dial. Match the mode to the trip type. Don't arm Full Capture during a platform trip — your attestation says you didn't.
Display Mode posture.
| Mode | What it does | Posture |
|---|---|---|
| Display Only | Brand identity on the screen. No QR, no contact card, no share, no SMS. | Safest posture for platform-arranged trips. Passive brand display only. |
| Brand + Tap | Brand identity plus a single capture mechanism the operator triggers. | Defensible during direct-booked trips. Avoid during platform-arranged trips unless your platform's TOS explicitly permits passive capture. |
| Full Capture | All four corners armed with QR, vCard, share, and SMS. | Designed for direct-booked trips only. Requires the operator's logged attestation that the trip is not platform-arranged. |
